Applications
The deadline for applications has now passed.

Visas
If you do not hold an EU passport and live in the Republic of Ireland, you may need a visa to enter the UK. Please check with your local embassy. You will need to arrange and pay for the visa yourself. We can provide a letter stating that you will be attending the Camporee on request. Just contact Adam and he will send you one - we should have received your application form and deposit first.

Staff
You'll need to download the staff application form, Declaration of Criminal Convictions form; Referees form (Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland form) and the Keeping our Church Family Safe policy statement. Please read the latter and fill in the first 3 forms. They must be returned to Adam by Wed 7th May.

We'll be in contact soon regarding the changed travel arrangements for travel to the Camporee - please remember that we are no longer flying. If you have already book your flights, please contact Adam.

Insurance
We purchase International Campers Insurance on your behalf, but this is not travel insurance. If you require travel insurance which covers your baggage etc, you will have to arrange this yourself (remember that you will be doing outdoor activities while you are at the Camporee).

What to Bring
Sleeping bag; bible; clothes; waterproof jacket; trainers; waterproof shoes (if you have any - who know what the weather will be like!); Ryanair confirmation number (email to you by Ryaniar when you booked your flights); torch & spare batteries; swimming stuff; sports clothes; clothes for activities (e.g. climbing; abseiling); Pathfinder uniform.

What not to Bring
Tents - provided by Irish Mission
Mobile phones; iPods; laptops; any electrical equipment; a bad attitude!
